Chocolate Fudge & white choc chip cookie crumble

300 ml milk
800 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
40 grams cocoa
75 ml golden syrup
60 grams butter
10 ml vanilla essence
Heat stove top and have a saucepan
add milk, sugar, salt, cocoa and syrup
warm up until sugar dissolves
rinse out the sugar stones
bake until soft on 115°F
mix ingeredients slowly
leave in sauce pan until semi-warm
add butter and vanilla essence
mix until fudge thickens
put in pan (200 x 250mm)
let it stand until cooled off
finish off with white choc chip cookie crumble
cut in blocks
if wanted. put in fridge over night
Chocolate Cookie Vanilla Chip Bars

1/2 cup salted butter plus 2 tablespoons, softened
1 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 large eggs
3 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder
2 cup vanilla chips equivalent to 1, 12 ounce bag
1 cup chopped almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9″” by 13″ baking pan.
In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in texture.
Beat in one egg at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add in vanilla then salt.
In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix together well.
Slowly add to butter mixture. Add in nuts and chips.
Batter is thick and on the dryer side. This is fine.
Dampen your hands to pat batter into baking tray. This prevents batter from sticking to your hands.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
Store in airtight container for several days.

1/2 cup butter/margarine
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 400℉
Combine sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs, mix well.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add chips.
Bake 9 minutes.

3.5 ounces good quality milk chocolate, such as Lindt
Exellence Extra Creamy Milk Chicolate, chopoed
4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter at room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups Andies Peppermint chips
Preheat the ove to 325. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder baking soda and salt Change

Choco Chip Cookies

2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 cup Melted Unsalted Butter
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 Egg Yolk
1 cup Semi-sweet Choco Chips
1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (or off-white)
Pre-heat oven (I merely used my oven toaster…cool,huh?)
Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light and creamy.
Mix in sifted ingredients.
Stir in choco chips.
Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time, 3 inches apart.
Bake until golden brown (in my mini oven toaster, it took about 4 to 5 minutes per batch.
